FanDuel and EuroLeague announce U.S. broadcasting agreement for 2024-25 season

FanDuel and Euroleague Basketball have reached an agreement to broadcast select games from the 2024-25 EuroLeague season. As part of this partnership, one game from every EuroLeague Regular Season round will air on FanDuel TV’s FAST channel, FanDuel TV Extra, and its OTT platform, FanDuel TV+, within the United States.

This deal marks an important milestone for EuroLeague, offering U.S. basketball fans free access to the premier European basketball league. The agreement will help bring the intensity and skill of EuroLeague basketball to a broader audience, furthering FanDuel’s live sports offerings and extending EuroLeague’s global footprint.

Alex Ferrer Kristjansson, Euroleague Basketball’s Marketing and Communication Chief Officer, expressed excitement over the deal. “This agreement with FanDuel is a major step in expanding our footprint outside the pan-European ecosystem. By expanding the EuroLeague broadcasting offer to U.S. audiences, we’re opening exciting opportunities to grow our fan base and connect with basketball enthusiasts on a global scale.”

Mike Raffensperger, President of Sports at FanDuel, emphasized the importance of the collaboration. “We’re constantly looking to expand FanDuel TV’s robust offering of live sports, and EuroLeague has proven to be a highly engaging market amongst FanDuel users,” Raffensperger said. “Our agreement will provide more visibility to Europe’s premier basketball league and bring even more captivating watch-and-wager programming to FanDuel TV.”

Viewers in the U.S. can tune into FanDuel TV Extra and FanDuel TV+ to catch all the action, from fierce rivalries to standout performances by Europe’s rising stars. FanDuel TV Extra is available on platforms like Pluto TV, The Roku Channel, Tubi, Xumo Play, and Plex. FanDuel TV+ can be accessed for free with a FanDuel account and is available on Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, Android TV, and streaming at FanDuel.com/watch.

This partnership not only benefits fans but also increases EuroLeague’s exposure in the United States, where interest in international basketball continues to grow. The agreement provides access to all 34 Regular Season rounds, allowing viewers to follow the journey of top clubs and emerging talent throughout the season.
