Dallas Mavericks sophomore Dereck Lively II thinks that his game will continue to grow through hard work.
(via Dallas Mavericks):
“The work’s working. Being able to be in positions where I’m doing as much as I can when it comes to my own time, getting my own shots up. I just want to say thank you to Sean Sweeney. He’s been motivating me, he’s been pushing me harder than any coach has, no matter if that’s ball handling, tough shots, threes. He’s been the hardest coach on me, but I feel like I’ve had the most growth in my game and I’ve been expanding my game as much as possible. Whenever you see all the workouts you’ve been doing, you’ve been able to use it in a game, it just makes you want to go back and work harder.”
