Brooklyn Nets sophomore Jalen Wilson aims to keep building on all the versatile skills he showed off at NBA 2K25 Summer League in Las Vegas (earned MVP honors).
(via YES Network):
Chris Shearn: “What are your expectations heading into this season?”
Wilson: “Just to embrace everything. Been grinding a lot, been putting in a lot of work. Summer league was like the first time I was able to really show all the work that I put in on my shot, being aggressive offensively and defensively. That’s exactly what I want to be able to do this season: be a reliable catch-and-shoot guy, a great defender on-ball, off-the-ball, being able to be versatile in anything on defense, and just a guy that you can plug in any situation. I don’t ever want to be limited in anything because there’s so many NBA teams, so many different NBA lineups, and to be out there when it counts the most, is what I want to be.”
