The salaries of Olympiacos Piraeus players for the 2024-25 season have been unveiled, showing a total expenditure of €19.7 million.
According to Haris Stavrou of Sport24.gr, Olympiacos’ budget for the upcoming season is close to €20 million. The roster currently includes 16 players, though the team will likely reduce this number by at least one.
The notable new additions for Olympiacos include Sasha Vezenkov, who returns after a year, and Evan Fournier, who joined the team recently.
The salaries for the Olympiacos players are as follows:
- Sasha Vezenkov: €3,700,000
- Evan Fournier: €2,000,000
- Moustapha Fall: €1,700,000
- Nikola Milutinov: €1,600,000
- Luca Vildoza: €1,200,000
- Kostas Papanikolaou: €1,200,000
- Alec Peters: €1,100,000
- Filip Petrusev: €1,000,000
- Tyler Dorsey: €1,400,000
- Thomas Walkup: €950,000
- Nigel Williams-Goss: €850,000
- Naz Mitrou-Long: €700,000
- Shaquille McKissic: €650,000
- Giannoulis Larentzakis: €650,000
- Keenan Evans: €500,000
- Moses Wright: €500,000
The increase in the salary budget from last season is approximately €7.5 million. This rise is attributed to the departures of several players and the arrivals of Luca Vildoza, Tyler Dorsey, Keenan Evans, Fournier, and Vezenkov.
If Filip Petrusev is loaned out to Red Star Belgrade, as expected, the budget could decrease by around €6.5 million, provided the Serbian team covers his entire salary.
