Tyrese Haliburton has secured an Olympic gold medal after Team USA’s 98-87 victory over France in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Despite being benched for both the semifinal and final, the Indiana Pacers All-Star point guard was part of the gold medal-winning squad.
Haliburton played in only three of Team USA’s six games during the tournament, averaging 2.7 points in 8.8 minutes per game.
On social media, Haliburton shared his reaction with humor, tweeting, “When you ain’t do nun on the group project and still get an A,” alongside a photo of his gold medal.
