Rayjon Tucker enters EuroLeague with Virtus

Virtus Segafredo Bologna has signed guard Rayjon Tucker for the upcoming season.

The 26-year-old player joins Virtus from another Italian team, Umana Reyer Venice.

Last season with Venice, Tucker averaged 14.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in EuroCup action.

In the Italian League, he recorded 14.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1.1 steals per game.

This marks Tucker’s first entry into the EuroLeague after a season in Europe.

Before moving to Europe, Tucker played for Melbourne United in the Australian NBL.

Tucker spent three seasons in the NBA and G-League with several teams after going undrafted in 2019.

He played a total of 39 games for the Utah Jazz, Philadelphia 76ers, Denver Nuggets, and Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA.
