Fabien Causeur has signed with Olimpia Milano after leaving Real Madrid.

The French guard, who stands 1.96 meters tall, joins the Italian club following a successful seven-season tenure with Madrid.

“I’m very proud and sincerely grateful for the opportunity Olimpia Milan is giving me. This is an historical club in Europe and I hope I can help the team have a lot of success together in the coming season,” Causeur said.

Causeur’s career began in Le Havre, where he played from 2005 to 2009 before moving to Cholet.

In 2010, he won the French league championship and the French Super Cup, earning MVP honors.

He moved to Spain in 2012, playing for Vitoria, where he stayed until 2016.

In 2016, Causeur transitioned to Bamberg in Germany, winning the German championship and German Cup in his only season there.

He joined Real Madrid in 2017 and achieved significant success, including EuroLeague titles in 2018 and 2023.

With Real Madrid, he also secured Spanish league championships in 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2024, along with multiple Copa del Rey and Spanish Super Cup titles.
