South Sudan’s big man Bol Bol will not participate in the Paris Olympics due to a personal matter. Initially, Bol was part of South Sudan’s preliminary roster, but he will now miss the games.
This offseason, Bol re-signed with the Phoenix Suns. The 7-foot-3 forward/center had intended to debut for South Sudan this summer. However, he also missed last summer’s FIBA World Cup as he was concentrating on his NBA free agency.
