EA7 Emporio Armani Milan has secured the services of versatile combo-guard Leandro Bolmaro, announcing a multi-year contract on Monday morning.
The 23-year-old Argentinean arrives from FC Bayern Munich, where he played a pivotal role in the EuroLeague, starting 28 games and averaging 8.4 points and 3.4 assists per game.
Bolmaro began his professional career at just 17 with Estudiantes de Bahia Blanca before moving to FC Barcelona. After a season with Barcelona’s B team, Bolmaro made his EuroLeague debut in 2019-20.
Selected as the 23rd overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, Bolmaro played for the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2021, followed by stints with the Utah Jazz and their G League affiliates, Iowa Wolves and Salt Lake City Stars. He returned to Europe with CB Canarias in March 2023 before joining Bayern.
