My 2024 NBA Draft player rankings.

  1. Zaccharie Risacher- JL Bourg
  2. Alex Sarr- Perth Wildcats
  3. Donovan Clingan- UConn
  4. Stephon Castle- UConn
  5. Cody Williams- Colorado
  6. Reed Sheppard- Kentucky
  7. Ron Holland- NBA G League Ignite
  8. Rob Dillingham- Kentucky
  9. Nikola Topic- Crvena zvezda Meridianbet
  10. Dalton Knecht- Tennessee

Notes: Based on their talent, size, and young age (both turned 19 in April), Zaccharie Risacher & Alex Sarr make my top two with Risacher getting the edge because of his all-around offensive potential even though I love Sarr’s defensive ability/how he flys in for athletic finishes. Risacher clearly never had high assist numbers, but the way he shoots and handles the ball gave me No. 1 player vibes. Big man Donovan Clingan and guard Stephon Castle won a national title at UConn and looked to be getting better every game. Cody Williams at 5 is definitely a wild card. However, he reminds me a lot of his brother Jalen (OKC Thunder), and we all know how J-Dub has turned out so far. Reed Sheppard’s two-way skills should help him have a solid NBA career while Ron Holland & Rob Dillingham are just way too talented to not be top eight players. And lastly, Nikola Topic’s playmaking (currently has a partially torn ACL) and Dalton Knecht’s scoring ability impressed me enough to rank them top ten.

  1. Matas Buzelis- NBA G League Ignite
  2. Devin Carter- Providence
  3. Jared McCain- Duke
  4. Kyshawn George- Miami
  5. Ja’Kobe Walter- Baylor
  6. Zach Edey- Purdue
  7. Jaylon Tyson- California
  8. Kyle Filipowski- Duke
  9. Tristan da Silva- Colorado
  10. Nikola Djurisic- Mega Basket

Notes: Hopefully my 11th ranked prospect Matas Buzelis can find a consistent three-point shot, other than that, he’s very versatile on both ends. You know what you’re getting with Devin Carter at 12 and Jared McCain at 13, two guards who play winning basketball. I think 6’8″ Kyshawn George could become one of the best players in this draft, as his shooting, passing, and defense made my eyes light up. Ja’Kobe Walter can put up points in a hurry and has NBA range. 7’4″ Zach Edey’s size and skillset have made him a top 16 player in this class through my view. Jaylon Tyson has the kind of advanced game where he could possibly become a starter. Kyle Filipowski & Tristan da Silva keep things simple while also bringing skillsets that you can’t teach. And potentially the best for last, there’s no way I couldn’t rank Nikola Djurisic in the top 20 (basketball IQ and shotmaking are beyond his years).

  1. DaRon Holmes- Dayton
  2. Kel’el Ware- Indiana
  3. Isaiah Collier- USC
  4. Johnny Furphy- Kansas
  5. Cam Christie- Minnesota
  6. Pacome Dadiet- Ratiopharm Ulm
  7. Carlton Carrington- Pittsburgh
  8. Tidjane Salaun- Cholet Basket
  9. Yves Missi- Baylor
  10. Tyler Smith- NBA G League Ignite

Notes: I’ve always been extremely high on DaRon Holmes, it’s hard to find big men like him who can post-up, execute pick-and-rolls, shoot threes, handle the ball, pass, and block shots. Kel’el Ware is another center with multiple skills (very active), just not as many as Holmes. Isaiah Collier was ESPN’s #1 ranked high school senior in the class of 2023, I just hope he finds an efficient three-point shot and turns the ball over less. Johnny Furphy & Cam Christie are two young wings who can shoot and also surprise you with a loud finish at the rim. Pacome Dadiet & Carlton Carrington (both still only 18) to me have some really high potential if Dadiet’s shot making and Carrington’s electric point guard play work out in the NBA. Tidjane Salaun, Yves Missi, and Tyler Smith round out my top 30 because I always look for quality role players to end my draft rankings, and they bring great energy.
