Partizan BelgradePartizan once again proved that it's not always money that bring success. They faced Greek giants Panahtinaikos at home in a game for the first place in Group G. It was decided to move the game to Belgrade Arena which can fit more than 20,000 spectators. The experiment was more than successful.

In total there were 22,567 devoted Partizan fans in the arena. They got used to the new venue in a short period of time and created an amazing atmosphere.

The fans didn't get disappointed as their favourite team managed to secure a 63-56 win against Panathinaikos. Players were amazed and grateful to the fans and couldn't hide their emotions.

It was also a new attendance record set by European club beating the old record by 4,000. The old record was set in Cologne Arena in the German Basketball League game between Telekom Basket and Alba Berlin in 2000.
