Pacers plan to offer Pascal Siakam a max contract

The Indiana Pacers traded for Pascal Siakam from the Toronto Raptors in January, with plans for a long-term contract. The Pacers are preparing to offer Siakam a five-year max deal.

“He wants to be there,” said Shams Charania, noting mutual interest in finalizing the deal. Charania also expects the Pacers to focus on internal improvement rather than major roster changes this summer.
