Positive news emerges from the Boston Celtics camp as they anticipate the return of Kristaps Porzingis for the upcoming NBA Finals.

According to NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski, the Celtics are adopting a cautious approach with Porzingis, ensuring his readiness for the championship series.

Porzingis, who has been sidelined since Game 4 of the first-round series against the Miami Heat due to a left calf strain, is expected to provide a significant boost to Boston’s lineup.

During the playoffs, Porzingis has been averaging 12.3 points and 5 rebounds per game.

With the Eastern Conference finals sweep against the Indiana Pacers secured, the Celtics are now gearing up to face either the Dallas Mavericks or Minnesota Timberwolves in the Finals.

The Finals are scheduled to commence on June 6, providing Porzingis with ample time to ramp up his preparations and integrate back into the team seamlessly.
