Mikal Bridges has recently acquired a new residence in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. The Nets’ star player purchased a spacious duplex at 110 Franklin St. for $5.99 million, as indicated by city property records.

This impressive co-op spans 5,228 square feet across four bedrooms and 3½ baths, boasting an additional 625 square feet of private outdoor space. Situated within a historic building dating back to 1861, the residence features a distinctive cast-iron base, brownstone facade, and stone cornice.

Originally listed at $6.5 million in 2020, the property underwent price reductions before briefly dropping to $3 million in January 2024 due to a flash sale auction. However, it ultimately sold at its initial asking price amid competitive bidding from multiple interested parties.
