Minnesota Timberwolves’ rising star Anthony Edwards boldly declared his intention to become the NBA’s top player within the next two to three years.

Edwards expressed confidence in his potential, estimating that he is currently operating at only 40% of his capabilities.

“I’m probably at 40% [of my potential] right now… [I’ll be the best player in the NBA in] about two to three years,” Edwards said on ESPN’s NBA Today.

Averaging 25.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.1 assists in 35.1 minutes per game in his fourth NBA season, Edwards aims to elevate his game and impact on the league.

As he continues to develop and refine his skills, Edwards is poised to make significant strides towards fulfilling his ambitious goal.
