Alex Caruso has sustained a “significant” left ankle sprain, as reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. He is unlikely to play in the Bulls’ play-in tournament game against the Heat on Friday.
The injury occurred when Andre Drummond stepped on Caruso’s foot during Wednesday night’s victory over the Hawks.
