Bradley Beal, the Phoenix Suns’ star acquisition in the offseason, is embracing his role as a point guard, a departure from his usual scoring prowess.
Alongside Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, Beal forms the formidable Big 3 for the Suns, but he’s found fulfillment in facilitating rather than solely focusing on scoring.
Despite the shift in his role, Beal remains committed to the team’s success, acknowledging the sacrifices he makes for the greater good of the Suns.
“Yeah, I’m embracing it. I think a lot of my FanDuel fans don’t like it, I’l don’t score as much….but I embrace it ‘cause it’s bringing us a winning culture,” Beal said, per Gerald Bourguet.
Beal’s statistics this season, averaging 17.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game, highlight his ability to impact the game beyond scoring.
