Kings dominate Raptors with 34-point victory

The Sacramento Kings (40-28) trounced the short-handed Toronto Raptors (23-46) with a commanding 123-89 victory, extending Toronto’s losing streak to a eight games.

Led by Domantas Sabonis, recording his NBA-leading 24th triple-double of the season, the Kings overwhelmed the Raptors from the opening tip-off.

Sabonis’ stat line of 13 points, 17 rebounds, and 10 assists highlighted his versatility and impact on both ends of the floor.

De’Aaron Fox also played a pivotal role in Sacramento’s victory, contributing 20 points. The Kings’ depth and balanced scoring were evident throughout the game, with Malik Monk (17 points) and Harrison Barnes (16 points) providing crucial support to secure the win.

Meanwhile, Toronto struggled to find its rhythm, plagued by turnovers and a depleted roster due to injuries and absences.

Despite the efforts of Gary Trent Jr. (18 points) and Ochai Agbaji (13 points), the Raptors couldn’t contain the relentless onslaught from the Kings.

With key players sidelined, including All-Star forward Scottie Barnes and center Jakob Poeltl, Toronto faced an uphill battle against the surging Kings.
