Following the Phoenix Suns’ 127-112 defeat against the Boston Celtics, head coach Frank Vogel expressed optimism about his team’s trajectory, emphasizing their potential for growth.
While acknowledging the disparity in continuity between the two teams, Vogel emphasized confidence that the Suns will reach that level too.
“We’re just not quite where they are yet,” Vogel said. “And that’s the key word. Yet. And we’re going to keep growing, we’re going to keep getting better. We’re in that first year together.
“Those three guys been together eight years or so. and their since has been since Ime [Udoka] was here. Obviously Joe [Mazzulla]’s doing a great job taking the mantle with it. We’re going to get where they’re at.”
