Thunder dominate Grizzlies in 31-point victory

The Oklahoma City Thunder (45-19) showcased their dominance as they routed the struggling Memphis Grizzlies (22-43) with a resounding 124-93 win on Sunday night.

Led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 23 points and six assists in just three quarters, the Thunder left no chance for the Grizzlies to mount a comeback.

Rookie Cason Wallace stepped up with a season-high 22 points, while Josh Giddey recorded a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.

From the opening minutes, Oklahoma City asserted its authority, building a substantial lead and maintaining control throughout the game. OKC led by 21 points at the half time and enter the final period holding a 34-point lead.

Memphis, plagued by injuries throughout the season, struggled to keep pace with Oklahoma City. Rookie GG Jackson II impressed with a career-high 30 points for the Grizzlies, but it was not enough to overcome the Thunder’s overwhelming performance.
