The Detroit Pistons have made a move to strengthen their frontcourt by signing veteran center Taj Gibson to a 10-day contract.
NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski broke the news on X, announcing Gibson’s short-term deal with the Pistons.
Gibson’s recent NBA journey has seen him move between several teams, including stints with the Washington Wizards and the New York Knicks.
During the current season, the 38-year-old center has appeared in 16 games for the Knicks, averaging one point and 1.8 rebounds in limited playing time.
