With Butler leading the charge with 23 points, six more Miami players reached double figures in scoring. Terry Rozier scored 18 points alogn with six rebounds and seven assists. Bam Adebayo added 14 points and eight rebounds, while Tyler Herro had 14 points.
Josh Richardson and Jaime Jaquez Jr. contributed 13 and 12 point off the bench respectively. Caleb Martin added 11 points.
Orlando’s Paolo Banchero put up a valiant effort with 23 points. Wendell Carter Jr. added 15 points, while Franz Wagner and Markelle Fultz contributed 13 each.
Miami’s victory not only propelled them past Orlando in the Southeast Division standings but also secured a crucial tiebreaker advantage for potential playoff seeding.
