Steph Curry’s 36-point performance guides Warriors to victory over Magic

Stephen Curry poured in 36 points, showcasing his clutch gene in the fourth quarter, as the Golden State Warriors (16-17) halted a three-game losing streak with a hard-fought 121-115 triumph over the Orlando Magic (19-14) on Tuesday night.

Jonathan Kuminga provided valuable support with 19 points, and Klay Thompson added 15, aiding the Warriors in grabbing their first win during a season-high, seven-game homestand.

Despite a stellar performance from Orlando’s Paolo Banchero, who recorded 27 points and 12 rebounds, and Franz Wagner’s 25 points, the Magic couldn’t overcome Curry’s late-game heroics, suffering their second consecutive loss on a four-game road trip.

Despite missing key players, including the suspended Draymond Green and the injured Gary Payton II, the Warriors demonstrated resilience and cohesion to secure the win.
