In the aftermath of a significant blow to their frontcourt, the Los Angeles Clippers are turning their attention to Pacers’ big man Daniel Theis, following the injury to veteran center Mason Plumlee.

NBA insider Shams Charania provided insights, stating, “The Clippers expect veteran center Mason Plumlee will miss up to multiple months with an MCL sprain, sources tell me, with the optimism that it is not a season-ending injury.”

Charania further reported that the Clippers are actively exploring the possibility of bringing in Theis to bolster their frontcourt.

“The team is however looking into veteran big man and one player they’re showing interest I’m told is Pacers big man Daniel Theis,” he continued.

“The Pacers are not rushed, but are open to potential move with Theis as he’s yet to play this season following a standout FIBA World Cup en route to gold medal with Germany, averaging 11 points, 5 rebounds and 59% shooting over the summer.”
