In a recent interview on SiriusXM NBA Radio, newly traded Utah Jazz forward John Collins spoke of his desire to carve a path toward becoming a Hall of Fame player, illustrating his ambitious vision for his basketball journey.

After spending six impactful seasons with the Atlanta Hawks, Collins embarks on a fresh chapter with the Jazz, eagerly anticipating the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in his career evolution.

Expressing his determination to progress, Collins emphasized the significance of assuming increased responsibilities on and off the court, a vital step in his quest to ascend to the ranks of a prominent star, and potentially a superstar, in the league.

“All of it rolled together in one, I feel like I can just take the next step in my journey as a basketball player growing a little,” the 26-year-old player said. “That comes with making more decisions, having more responsibility on and off the ball.

“And I feel like it just, like I said, allows me to grow into that player that’s taking the next step to becoming a star, superstar. I want to be a Hall of Fame player at the end of my career. Just trying to develop.”
