Lakers guard Austin Reaves has been making headlines lately for his impressive NBA journey.
Not only did he secure a lucrative four-year contract with the Purple and Gold, but he also played a significant role for Team USA in the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
Now, as the 2023-24 season approaches, he’s received recognition from ESPN, ranking as the 66th-best NBA player.
Austin’s older brother, Spencer Reaves, shared how the Lakers guard would see himself on the ranking.
“I can say this confidently, [Austin] would never come out and say this, but he would look at the list and be like, ‘I’m actually higher than 66,'” Spencer told Mirin Fader of The Ringer.
