The Milwaukee Bucks made headlines this offseason by acquiring Damian Lillard from the Portland Trail Blazers, forming a formidable superstar duo alongside Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Recently, the Greek Freak shared his thoughts on playing alongside Lillard, expressing a willingness to adjust his role to accommodate the star point guard.

“At the end of the day, I feel like this is the first time in my career that I really don’t mind my usage being at 25,” Giannis stated in a conversation with Eric Nehm of The Athletic.

“I want him to be the primary point guard. He’s the point guard of this team. He’s the guy that’s going to make a lot of decisions with the ball in his hands — in early offense, in late offense, early clock, late clock, early in the game, late in the game.

He’s going to make a lot of decisions for this team, and I trust him. I’ve been playing with him for a few days, like, I know he’s gonna find me.”
