Lithuanian champions Zalgiris Kaunas kept one of the key players. Paulius Jankunas is staying for at least one more season after signing 1+1 contract. Jankunas was the most accurate shooter in LKL (Lithuanian basketball League) last season. He had 11.6 points per game in LKL and 9.9 in Euroleague.
Zalgiris will play in Euroleague Group B alongside Panathinaikos, Montepaschi, Barcelona, Prokom Trefl and Nancy.
