In the initial Greek derby of the season, Olympiacos dominated their rivals, Panathinaikos, in the Greek Super Cup final, securing an impressive 75-51 victory.

Olympiacos made history with a remarkable 27-0 run in the first 20 minutes, concluding the first half with a commanding 37-11 lead.

Although Panathinaikos showed improvement in the second half, they couldn’t narrow the gap against Georgios Bartzokas’ formidable squad.

Giannoulis Larentzakis played a pivotal role in leading Olympiacos to their first trophy of the season, contributing 20 points.

Isaiah Canaan added 12 points, while Nikola Milutinov and captain Kostas Papanikolaou also made significant contributions, each scoring 10 points.

On the Panathinaikos side, only Juancho Hernangomez, with 15 points, Jerian Grant, with 14 points, and Kostas Sloukas, with nine points and six rebounds, managed to meet the challenge.
