Recently, HoopsHype published a list of the most overpaid NBA players of all time, and it raised some eyebrows among fans and players alike.

The list, based on their Real Value metric, included notable names such as John Wall, Gordon Hayward, and four-time NBA champion Klay Thompson.

One of Thompson’s former teammates, Juan Toscano-Anderson, took to X to express his disbelief at seeing Klay on the list. In a tweet, he said, “Y’all really put a 4-time champ on an ‘overpaid’ list … I hate the internet man😂😂😂.”

Thompson, who earned $40.6 million last season, is set to make $43.2 million next year. The 33-year-old shooting guard averaged 21.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game last season.
