In a recent interview, Keldon Johnson, the promising 23-year-old small forward for the Spurs, expressed his willingness to embrace a new role for the upcoming season if it contributes to the team’s success.
When asked about the possibility of coming off the bench, Johnson responded (h/t Tom Osborn), “Yeah. I just want to win. Whatever I got to do to win, I am looking forward to that, so we’ll see how it goes.”
During the 2022-23 season, Johnson showcased impressive performances, achieving career-high averages of 22 points, 5 rebounds, and 2.9 assists in 32.7 minutes per game.
