Despite the painful outcomes in their last two NBA Finals appearances, Jimmy Butler will still stick up to his belief that there will be a day wherein the Miami Heat will ascend as NBA champions again.
On his ongoing China tour for his footwear brand partnership with Li Ning, Butler confidently discuss his expectation of winning that NBA title for Miami in the near future.
“It’s always the same expectation. I have to be able to get us over the hump to win a championship,” he said. “I know that group of guys that always plays around [and] myself is capable of it.
“Maybe we got to do a little bit more, but a championship is coming to the future in Miami.”
