The Boston Celtics veteran forward Danilo Gallinari, who missed the entire season, has exercised his $6.8 million player option to remain with the team for the 23-24 season.
Gallinari signed a two-year, $13.3 million deal with Boston last offseason, but he tore the ACL in his left knee during a FIBA qualifying game.
