The Mavericks have only one pick in this year’s NBA Draft – the number 10 overall pick. However, it is most likely that Dallas will not keep the player that will be drafted.
According to Sam Vecenie of The Athletic, there is belief within the league that the Mavs will use the pick in a trade to add depth to the roster.
Based on a mock draft, Dallas is projected to draft 20-year-old guard/forward Ausar Thompson from Overtime Elite league.
