Bilbao have given Lokomotiv Kuban made a deadline for Dairis Bertans if they want to sign the Latvian player.
The Basque team reached a buyout agreement with Lokomotiv Kuban who has to pay now €300.000 to get Bertans.
If Lokomotiv Kuban doesn’t pay the buyout by the end of next week, Bilbao will keep the player for next season.
