Clippers star Paul George told a story that shows how much Steven Adams cares about winning. The story is from the days when the two players were teammates in Oklahoma City.
“One of the funny stories I have with Steve-o – late in the game… we out of timeouts. So I’m looking at Steve-o and he’s like doing this scratching his face hard as f*ck.
“I’m like ‘Steve-o, bro what you doin’?’ He’s like ‘Oh mate we don’t have a timeout, I’m tryna bleed.’ He was trying to bleed so we can get the refs to give us a timeout,” George said on his podast.
