Euroleague Basketball Acting CEO Marshall Glickman has revealed that he will be stepping down from his position when his contract expires on July 31, 2023.
Glickman, a former President of the Portland Trail Blazers, took over as CEO last summer, succeeding EuroLeague founder Jordi Bertomeau.
In response to Glickman’s impending departure, the Euroleague Commercial Assets’ Board of Directors will convene in the coming weeks to explore the possibility of retaining him in an advisory capacity. Additionally, the board will discuss the next steps in the process of appointing a new CEO for the organization.
