Ex-Celtics coach Ime Udoka returned to the NBA after he signed a deal with the Rockets to be the team’s new head coach, replacing the fired Stephen Silas.
Udoka recently revealed that the Rockets have exceeded his expectations. Over the last three years Houston finished at the bottom of the Western Conference twice and once was second-to bottom.
“They’re more impressive than I initially knew..The guys are really an impressive group,” the new Rockets said, per Mark Berman.
