Situations went chippy and resulted in triple technicals in the middle of the New York Knicks-Miami Heat Game 3 showdown on Saturday.

With 24 seconds left in the third frame as the Knicks were heavily down, 87-68, Randle shot his second free throw out of a personal foul from the side of the Heat. As he missed it, Immanuel Quickley went on to grab the offensive board and stuck a putback.

As Quickley’s shot was in the process of falling down on the basket, Randle went on to shove Miami’s Cody Zeller. As a response, the veteran shoved the All-Star forward back.

Isaiah Hartenstein entered the altercation to defend Randle, while Caleb Martin followed up to back up Zeller on the other hand.

Zeller and Hartenstein were called for double-technical fouls, while Martin also received a technical foul upon his step in towards the incident.

Miami proceeded to tighten that grip on their deficit en route to the 105-86 Game 3 victory over New York.
