Jimmy Butler put on a true masterpiece in Game 4 of the first-round series against the Bucks. The 33-year-old small forward dropped 56 points – his personal playoff record – in 41 minutes of play as the Heat won 119-114.
Miami’s head coach Erik Spoelstra was full of praise for the star of his team, saying that Butler is one of the most intelligent players in the league.
“He’s highly intelligent. He’s one of the most intelligent basketball players in this Association,” Spoelstra said. “You can’t do what he does on both ends of the court just by running around and trying to figure things out. He understands what we’re trying to do and he understands what they’re trying to do.”
The Heat are now just one win away from advancing to the second round.
