Ja Morant wouldn’t be surprised if Dillon Brooks gets suspended

Dillon Brooks had to leave the court early in the third quarter of Game 3 between the Grizzlies and Lakers as he was ejected for hitting LeBron James in the groin.

His teammate Ja Morant, who scored game-high 45 points in the loss, thinks that a suspension is possible for Brooks, even though the Memphis star does not see the play as bad.

“With how they treat Dillon, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he is. I felt like he was ejected because of past ejections made in games before. If you look at the play, he was actually reaching for the ball on a crossover.…” Morant said, via Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
