Chris Paul had lost 13 straight playoff games with Scott Foster working as a referee until Game 2 of the first round series between the Suns and Clippers.
Phoenix bounced back after losing Game 1 and defeated Los Angeles 123-109 to tie the series. Paul, who scored 16 points and dished out 8 assists in Game 2, was asked about finally winning with Foster officiating the game.
“I ain’t notice,” the 12-time NBA All-Star said, via Duane Rankin. “We all about in this run minimizing distractions. That is what it is. The league know what it is.”
