The Warriors have had its core of Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Andre Iguodala for a decade (apart from Iguodala’s short spell with the Heat).

There have been rumors that Green might leave Golden State in the summer after not being offered a contract extension. He has a player option for another year in his contract and could stay on the team if he opts into it.

Curry thinks that the Dubs can keep the team together, especially after the core won the championship in 2022, proving that it can still be highly successful.

Via Angelina Martin of Yahoo! Sports:

“I still feel like we can [keep everyone together],” Curry continued. “Obviously, we understand how important Bob is, we understand how important Coach is, our core, Draymond, Klay [Thompson], myself, Andre [Iguodala], even though he’s had a rough year with injuries and what not, he’s been extremely valuable behind the scenes in helping maintain our culture.”
