NBA rescinds controversial technical call vs Terance Mann

The NBA announced Thursday that they are rescinding the second technical call against Terance Mann that resulted his premature ejection on the L.A. Clippers’ defeat over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday.

Mann picked up his first technical after he went near the official and complained on a no-call for the visibly upset Kawhi Leonard in the second quarter. Per NBA’s last-two minute report from crew chief Curtis Blair, he then gained his second technical upon firing a profanity to proceed, prompting for an automatic removal.

The decision made by the officials clearly made a huge impact on the game, most especially at the side of the Clippers. OKC got a rewarding free throw and eventually won the match by just a point, 101-100.

With the loss, the Clippers dropped to 38-35 and still clinging to their shaky margin of filling the Western Conference’s fifth-place.
