Kevin Durant spent three years with the Warriors and won two NBA championship during that time. Since leaving Golden State in 2019, he has never played in front of the Dubs fans.

The latest chance to do that was last night, but the 34-year-old superstar missed the game due to an ankle injury.

According to Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, the team has a video tribute ready for Durant and is waiting for a chance to play it when he comes to play in Golden State.

“I think our fans would give him a lot of love-the applause and energy that he deserves for everything he did,” Kerr said, per Kendra Andrews.
