After missing two games due to a foot injury, Jalen Brunson returned to action for the Knicks in the game against the Kings.

However, he was unable to play the whole game. The 26-year-old point guard had to leave the game early due to pain.

According to New York’s head coach Tom Thibodeau, Brunson re-aggravated the injury.

“He just re-aggravated it, but I haven’t talked to the medical people yet,” Thibodeau said after the game, per Peter Botte of New York Post. “Just soreness.”

This season Brunson is averaging 23.8 points, 3.6 rebounds and 6.1 assists in 34.9 minutes per game.
