Last night the Lakers have officially retired the jersey of Pau Gasol who won two NBA championships with the franchise.
His former teammate on the Bulls, Jimmy Butler, flew from Miami to Los Angeles to attend the ceremony in between the Heat’s two home games.
“What’s this guy’s name? Pau? I’m here because of Pau, obviously!” Butler said, via ClutchPoints. “Congrats to my brother Pau. I love you man. Much deserved, Hall-of-Fame coming soon.”
