The Suns are 3-0 with Kevin Durant playing for the team. The two-time NBA champion is set to play his first game in Phoenix later tonight against the Thunder.

Suns head coach Monty Williams talked about integrating the superstar into his team ahead of the Oklahoma City game.

“He’s a basketball nut,” Williams said about KD. “So he studies what we do, he understands a lot of the defenses that he’s been in. We try to do the same thing. He was with Ron Adams in OKC and Golden State and so a lot of what we do is based off of that.

“We still have a ways to go as far as making the right coverage adjustments quick. We’re not there yet. Offensively because of the shot making probably looks better than it really is. And so you’re always trying to tweak it to get it to a place where it’s more efficient. So I still think we’re a work in progress.”
