It has been three weeks since Andrew Wiggins last played for the Warriors. The 28-year-old small forward is missing games due to personal reasons.

His teammate Jordan Poole says that the team stands behind Wiggins and will wait as much as necessary until he is ready to play again.

“Wigs is my brother,” Poole said. “I’ve been talking to him over the course of these three weeks. Obviously, we’re giving him strength, all the support that he needs. Whenever he’s ready to come back, whenever he’s ready to join the team, he will.

“I think our staff and organization is doing an amazing job of allowing him to really spend his time with his family. We’re just going to hold it down as best as we can until he gets back. I think he knows that we all have his back and he can take as much time as he needs.”

Wiggins is averaging 17.1 points, 5 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 32.2 minutes per game for the Dubs this season.
