Utah Jazz combo guard Collin Sexton will be inactive for another week as he continues his hamstring injury recovery, per Tony Jones of The Athletic. The unavailability would mean that Sexton won’t be present on the Jazz’ upcoming lengthy four-game road trip.

Sexton sustained his hamstring injury last Feb. 15 against the Memphis Grizzlies and hasn’t made any appearance yet on the hardwood. He will be re-evaluated next Monday.

This season, Sexton is averaging 14.3 points, 2.9 assists, and 2.2 boards in his first year as a Jazzman. He also shoots 50.7 percent from the field – a career best.

10-day deal acquisition Kris Dunn has been stepping up so far in place of Sexton’s ongoing absence, as he is averaging 13 points and 4.2 assists in his last five games with Utah.
